The Pennsylvania House approved a $27.15 billion state budget Wednesday in Harrisburg, that cuts state spending, holds the line on taxes, and gives the state its first on-time spending plan in 8 years. Legislation to bring lawsuit abuse reforms to Pennsylvania’s courts similar to those already in place in 40 other states was approved Monday by the Pennsylvania House. House Bill 1, known as the Fair Share Act, would ensure the responsibility for damages in civil lawsuits are assigned in an equitable manner. Rep.
