In a ceremony at the state Capitol, Gov. Tom Corbett signed two bills sponsored by Rep. Thomas Killion that require the licensing of genetic counselors in Pennsylvania. The bills also provide for 30 hours of continuing education and require licensees to maintain at least $1 million in professional liability insurance.
